Thanks for reaching out! I was setting up Brennan’s forms for his Double Your Freelancing Clients launch last month and here are my observations of the plugin’s failings from a user/consumer perspective:
lacks the common interface that Gravity Forms users expect
which creates confusion and doesn’t allow you to get the data you may want into Drip
completely fails on the Gravity Forms side of things if someone is using PayPal or needs to set certain conditions for the Drip feed to run
alienates & frustrates developer users with the lack of customization hooks
We can do two things for you:
We can simply implement the changes, write the documentation for the new version, push the new version to the WordPress repo, and prepare an announcement highlighting the important points for Gravity Forms users. You won’t receive any maintenance support from us.
We can also stick around for add-on bugs & maintenance and help out with Gravity Forms-specific customer support for a period of 2 months.
Shoot me an email and I’ll get you an updated cost and estimated completion time. All we need to get started is a deposit which will allow me to schedule the project into my calendar.
Thanks again for taking the time to reach out, Rob. I hope this was helpful.
