We use Podio as our internal repository for everything to run the entire company — CRM & managing leads, keeping a database of events, calendars, project management, collaboration, social intranet, product development, and even recruiting — so there’s a lot of data and lots of various workspaces inside of Podio.
The way that we’ve previously accomplished syncing WordPress and Podio is just use Zapier. I call it the “down and dirty” method. It’s pretty generic and fairly inflexible (not a lot of control over Gravity Forms hooks and things like that).
For example, what if we wanted to add Stripe to the mix, using the Gravity Forms + Stripe Add-On. What happens when we want to get that Stripe data back into Podio?
